Ahi Tuna steaks

 

Here we are starting out with 2 tuna steaks.
  

Next we apply a light coating of EVOO followed by
one covered in Dizzy Pig "Shakin the Tree" and the other
coated with Dizzy Pig "Tsunami Spin"

We go onto the small egg at 600° dome for 90 seconds
per side.

The first flip with a pat of butter added per Max`s advice.

Another 90 seconds and here we are resting.

And finally the finished product....Sally loved them both.
Of the two she said the Shakin the Tree was the best.
