We start out with our ground beef, in our case
shown here we have homemade ground round.
Add whatever you want to add or nothing at all.
Next we roll it out to roughly 1/4" thick with wax paper.
Then we cut it into roughly 2" squares, this is
a judgement call, make em as big as you`d like
With the Mini rolling along in the 550° - 600° range,
we put them on for 1 1/2 minutes per side.
With 1 minute left to go I add the cheese.
Here is the finished product...on a dinner roll....
add a little mustard and some dill sllices, onions
if you prefer and you are good to go.
